For cakes available on the website, simply "Add to Cart" and check out! Payment venues available are Credit Card or direct bank deposit to a HSBC Bank account.

For custom cakes, here are the steps:
1. Complete the Bespoke Enquiry form.
2. Wait for us to contact you. We will reply via email or a phone call to clarify details if needed.
3. Receive the formal quotation.
4. Return quotation with your signature of confirmity.
5. Pay a deposit through Credit Card or bank deposit to a HSBC Bank account.

Please refer to the graph above for cakes sizes (diameter) as well as the serving sizes.

For basic cakes and products, upon checkout, our calendar automatically sets the advance notice minimum requirement.

For Bespoke cakes, we request at least a 14 days notice. The acceptance of your custom cake order will depend on the availability of our cake designers. The earlier you book your cake, the higher probability of your order being accepted and fulfilled.

There are 2 ways to receive your cake:

1. Lalamove. We book orders via Lalamove, a third party delivery service.

*Disclaimer: We always ensure our goods leave the bakery in top condition. We take zero responsibility for any damage incurred during transport via third-party.

2. Pick Up. You may pick up your cake at our outlet located in Chai Wan.

Saturday | 8:30 - 14:30
Sunday | CLOSED*
*If you need your baked goods on a Sunday, we can deliver it on
Saturday.

We require our customers to provide us photo references of cake designs they want and we rework it to make something executable on our end.

Yes, there is a minimum order quantity for cupcakes and cookies. For cupcakes, it is 6 pieces per flavor. For cookies, 12 pieces per flavor.

Our most popular flavors are the Classics: Moist Chocolate Cake, Red Velvet, Mocha Fudge Cake and 14 Carrot.

Our standard 9” inch cakes weigh around 6-7 lbs, and 6” inch cakes weigh 4-5 lbs.

Sweetbites ltd does not permit cancellations. Given enough notice, however, we may permit rescheduling of your cake's delivery.
