SHIPPING POLICY

There are two (2) methods to claiming your cake:  first, via pick up at our cake station and second, via delivery.  We utilize a third-party delivery service called Lalamove.  All cakes dispatched are photographed for documentation.  We do not take any responsibility for cakes damaged or lost via transit through the third-party delivery service.

 

REFUND POLICY

We do not allow refunds for cakes.  Given enough notice, however, we may permit rescheduling its delivery based on the availability of our kitchen and cake designers.
